Membership – Chewton

Become a Member: The Chewton Domain Society is run entirely by volunteers and supported by its members. Annual membership is $10 per person and helps maintain the Town Hall, Post Office precinct, and Ellery Park for the whole community. All are welcome — whether you live in Chewton, nearby, or simply care about the area. Three ways to join or renew:

Download and return a form Download the membership form (PDF), fill it in, and either email it to memberships@chewton.net or post it to PO Box 85, Chewton VIC 3451.
In person. Pick up a form from a CDS committee member or at the Town Hall. You can pay by cash or bank transfer.

The Chewton Domain Society (CDS) is a community-run incorporated association that owns, manages and cares for the Chewton Post Office, Town Hall and Ellery Park on behalf of the people of Chewton. The Society works to preserve and improve these community assets, foster local pride, and encourage community participation in their care and use. CDS is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic) and is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Membership fees support the Society's purposes but are not tax-deductible. The CDS Constitution, including the Statement of Purpose is available online here.
